OSAT GCC CONDITIONER

Mt Si, (New Trail)

January 10, 2024

**This is a GCC Conditioner for GCC Students and Instructors only**

This is a great introduction to Mt. Si, you'll become very familiar with this mountain this year. We'll be doing the new trail, which is approx. 1/2 mile longer than the old trail, but a gentler grade. We'll point out the old trail, have a brief brunch on top and help ease you into the conditioning.

We'll meet near the bathrooms at the trailhead at 0730, hiking by 0745.
If you're on time, you're late, make your life easier, please be early.

10 essentials, traction devices/spikes, and layers for the weather required. Trekking poles recommended. Bring a fresh shirt to change into at the top, and a puffy or fleece. We'll take a lunch/coffee break at the top, so a sit pad is also a good idea.

This conditioner is open first to GCC Students that have not yet completed this month's GCC conditioner.  Other GCC Students or Instructors are welcome to register within 48 hours prior to the hike if spots are available.
