These are events where the entire club is invited to attend. They are held throughout the year, and are open to new members and guests as well. Refer to the Calendar for specific dates, locations, and details. Contact ClubWideEvent@osat.org.
Monthly BOTS/Club Meeting
Monthly BOTS (7pm) / Club meetings (7:30pm) are held the 2nd Wednesday of the month (not July and Dec) at the Congregational Church of Mercer Island, 4545 Island Crest Way, Mercer Island, WA Upstairs in Classroom #1.
Adventures Story Potlucks
Several times a year, we get together for a wonderful potluck and hear about adventure stories from our members. There are many tales to tell! These are usually scheduled the first half of the year.
End-of-Summer Car Camp
OSATers are experts at mixing social activities with the outdoors. This is the annual car camp usually in September after the busy outdoor season. The locale is usually near Leavenworth and offers a wide variety of activities! Families and newcomers are welcome and the three-day event usually features potluck dinners / breakfasts, campfire meetings and lots of fun, fellowship, and low-key outdoor adventure.
November Gratitude Dinner
Held annually, the Gratitude Dinner is the largest OSAT event of the year! The potluck is always amazing and this is where we congratulate GCC / ICC graduates, take stock of our Activities and elect our BOTS. This is a great place to connect.
December Holiday Party
The OSAT Holiday Party is a great family event, with a visit from Santa and gift exchange. Again, the potluck is amazing.
