GCC STUDENT CONDITIONER

Mt. Si - Old Trail

Sunday March 29th 2026



This conditioner is open first to GCC Students that have not yet completed this month's GCC conditioner. Other GCC Students or Instructors are welcome to register within 48 hours prior to the hike if spots are available.

This will be a moderate/hard paced hike to get you conditioned for our time trials in April.  Bring your rain gear and ten essentials.

We will circle up at 7:30 and be on trail promptly at 7:45  please be courteous of your teammates and arrive on time.

Students must also carry a pack weight of at least 30 lbs in March. A digital scale will be provided.

7:45 sign in, circle up at 8 am
Duration: 5-6 hours
Return Time:
1-2 pm
What to Bring:
10-essentials, snacks, micro spikes, poles, dry layers for the top, 2-3 liters of water, rain gear

Take exit 32 on I-90 East for 436th Ave SE. Turn left onto 436th Ave SE, drive 0.6 miles. Turn left onto SE North Bend Way, drive 0.3 miles. Take the 1st right onto SE Mount Si Rd, drive 0.4 miles. Look for overflow parking lot on your left and main parking lot nearby with a sign marked "Little Si".
